Eggs Unlimited offers white eggs with additional American Humane (AH) and United Egg Producers (UEP) certifications, as well as non-UEP production.

A: Shell egg storage & dating:
Hold and transport shell eggs at ≤45°F ambient beginning 36 hours after lay. When stored at 35–40°F, Grade A eggs maintain best quality for ~28–35 days from pack. If code dating is used, set EXP/“Sell-By” ≤30 days from pack or “Best-By/Use-By” ≤45 days from pack (quality guidance, not a safety guarantee).
