Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Perfect scrambled eggs made with butter for a smooth, creamy finish. A classic family-friendly breakfast recipe loved across the globe.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 tsp butter 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • Milk (Optional) 

Instructions: 

  1. Crack two eggs into a bowl. For fresh and quality eggs, use Eggs Unlimited – Lindsey’s gold. 
  1. Lightly beat the eggs with a fork until the yolks and whites are combined. 
  1. Season with salt and pepper.  
  1. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. You can use either a nonstick pan or stainless steel. Melt a teaspoon of butter in the pan so the base and sides are covered. 
  1. Pour in the eggs when the butter starts foaming and gently stir with a spatula. Keep stirring gently for 3-5 minutes until soft, fluffy curds form. 
  1. Remove it from heat before it fully sets and add another one teaspoon of butter and gently stir. Serve warm and enjoy. 

Tip: 

If you prefer a creamier taste to your scrambled eggs add a splash of cream or whole milk when you remove the pan from the heat and stir to combine. You can also top it off with parsley or any fresh herbs of your preference.
